What the terms on this page mean

RYB — the course's color scheme: red, yellow, and blue. Wow's other course, the Obstacle with Slide — PYG, is purple, yellow, and green.
Base daily rental price — the equipment price for one event day. Delivery and applicable county sales tax are added and shown in secure checkout.
Installed footprint — the space the course needs once inflated, plus room for the entry line, exit, blower, and anchors. Wow confirms exact installed dimensions for this unit before booking.
$50 reservation deposit — the payment that confirms available equipment for your date. It is applied to your total.
Sustained wind — the steady wind speed, not a single gust. Wow's cutoff is 15 mph sustained.

Where can the RYB course be set up?

Plan a level area that fits the full installed footprint, with a clear entry line at one end and an exit path at the other that does not cross another activity. Grass, pavement, and indoor floors can each work when the anchoring plan is approved for this unit and site; see bounce house on concrete or grass. Blower count and electrical needs differ by unit, so confirm the power source for this course when you book; when you need a generator explains when a generator makes sense. Tell us about gates, slopes, overhead branches, and the route from the truck to the setup spot. Space planning: how much space you need.

Safety and supervision for the obstacle course

An adult should supervise the entry and be able to see the full course and exit whenever it is open.
Follow the unit's posted rider rules and keep one group on the course at a time.
Wind rule: Wow Inflatables does not set up an inflatable, and shuts one down, in sustained winds of 15 mph or more (or sooner if the unit's manufacturer label is stricter). Lightning, thunder, or a severe-weather warning also means everyone off the unit.
If Wow cancels before loading because conditions are unsafe, you choose a refund of amounts paid or a transfer to an available date within one year (cancellation and reschedule policy).
