Square handles card payments. We do not store card numbers. We may retain the payment status and transaction references needed to reconcile your booking and provide receipts.
Our website and hosting providers also process technical information such as browser and device details, page requests, and security logs. The cookies and analytics section below explains our use of Google Analytics.
We use your information to answer inquiries; check and manage bookings; prepare, sign, and maintain contracts; arrange delivery, setup, and pickup; and provide customer support. We also use it to send booking confirmations, weather alerts, payment receipts, and rental reminders.
We use booking and payment records for accounting, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Website analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve its usability.
Our reservation system uses Gmail send access only to send booking-related emails from wowinflatables@gmail.com, including confirmations, contracts, weather alerts, receipts, and reminders. Customers do not need to grant access to their own Gmail accounts to book a rental.
The Gmail connection does not read, search, or download inbox messages. It does not access Google Contacts. It sends only the recipient details and message content needed for these booking emails. Authorization credentials are kept in protected server-side configuration, not in the public website or browser.
We do not sell Google or Gmail user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it for advertising purposes. We use and share it only as needed to provide the disclosed email service, consistent with Google's requirements.
Wow Inflatables' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand visits, traffic sources, page use, and interactions with booking buttons and planning tools. GA4 uses cookies and processes information such as pages viewed, browser and device information, interactions, and approximate location.
Our custom booking and planning analytics events do not include names, contact details, event dates, delivery ZIP codes, reservation identifiers, or payment information. Our website tag disables advertising personalization and Google signals and uses data redaction to help remove email addresses and booking details from measured URLs.

We do not sell personal information. Our service-provider sharing is limited to Square for payment processing, Google for booking email delivery and website analytics, and hosting providers that operate and protect our website and reservation system. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill rentals, provide support, maintain contract and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to backup retention and legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it for their work. Square handles card information, and Gmail authorization credentials are kept server-side. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and reservation system are intended for adults arranging rentals, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning how your information is used. Include enough information to help us locate your records, but do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.

We will explain any limits that apply to your request. The owner of the connected Gmail account can revoke the application's access through their Google Account settings; this stops future Gmail API access but does not automatically delete required booking records.
We may update this policy as our services or privacy practices change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before using information in that new way.
