Information we collect

We may collect the information a customer or authorized operator provides, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, event address, county, and ZIP code.
• Event date and time, selected rental items, delivery details, and customer or operator notes.
• Contract, revision, deposit, balance, receipt, and payment-status information.
• Messages and requests sent to Wow Inflatables about a reservation.

Card payments are processed through Square. Wow Inflatables does not use this website or the Gmail connection to collect or store a customer's complete card number.

How we use information

Information is used to:

• Check equipment availability and create, revise, and fulfill reservations.
• Prepare and send confirmations, contracts, revisions, payment links, receipts, and reminders.
• Plan delivery, setup, pickup, staffing, and customer support.
• Reconcile payment and reservation records and meet applicable business or legal obligations.

Google and Gmail API data

The Wow Inflatables Reservations application requests only the Gmail permission needed to send authorized booking and contract emails from wowinflatables@gmail.com.

• The application does not use the Gmail API to read, search, list, download, or delete inbox messages.
• The application does not use the Gmail API to read or export Google Contacts.
• Gmail authorization credentials are kept in protected server-side configuration and are not exposed in the public website or browser.
• Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared except as necessary to provide and secure the requested email function or comply with law.

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and disclosure

Wow Inflatables may use service providers for secure hosting, email delivery, payments, and related reservation operations. Information is limited to what those providers need to perform their service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or to investigate fraud or security concerns. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Reservation, contract, communication, and payment-status records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute resolution, safety, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review or correct the contact and reservation information associated with your booking. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
