An obstacle course is more than a large inflatable. Consider where guests line up, how participants exit, where adults supervise, and how the attraction fits into the rest of the event layout.

Match the challenge to the group

A younger birthday group and a mixed-age field day do not need the same layout. Share the age range and event type so you can compare a compact course, a course with a slide finish, or several coordinated activities.

Confirm access before choosing the biggest option

Large attractions need a clear delivery path and a suitable setup area. Measure gates and turns, note curbs or steps, and confirm power and surface conditions before finalizing the equipment lineup.

Safety and supervision for obstacle courses

  • An adult should supervise the entry and be able to see the full course and exit whenever it is open.
  • Follow each unit's posted rider rules, and send one group through at a time.
  • The crew anchors the unit for your site. After setup, do not move the unit, anchors, blower, or cords.
  • Wind rule: Wow Inflatables does not set up an inflatable, and shuts one down, in sustained winds of 15 mph or more (or sooner if the unit's manufacturer label is stricter). Lightning, thunder, or a severe-weather warning also means everyone off the unit.
  • If Wow cancels before loading because conditions are unsafe, you choose a refund of amounts paid or a transfer to an available date within one year (cancellation and reschedule policy).
