For most school fall festivals and PTA or PTO carnivals, we suggest an obstacle course for the older grades, a quick game like the Cash Cube or Basketball Shoot to keep lines moving, and a bounce house for the youngest kids. The Obstacle Course - RYB is $246 and the Cash Cube is $170 in base rental. Most schools do well with one bigger attraction and a couple of quick games. The older students get a challenge, and the lines keep moving. The prices below are base rental prices from our booking page.

Measure the open space you can actually give us, not the whole field. Each inflatable needs extra room around it for the blower, the anchors, the way in and out, and an adult watching the line. Keep a lane open for emergency vehicles and for students moving between stations.
On blacktop, the first question is how that exact unit gets anchored. We only use sandbags or ballast when the manufacturer allows it. In the gym, measure the height under the lights, beams and basketball goals, and check the doors and hallway turns. Our guide to bounce house on concrete, grass, or indoors covers each surface.
Before the day, ask the front office where we can unload, what time we can get in, and whether the school needs a COI.
Every inflatable has a manufacturer's plate that lists its wind limit. If the plate doesn't set a lower number, we stop at 15 mph sustained wind. If you hear thunder, get everyone off and into the school building. The National Weather Service says to wait at least 30 minutes after the last thunder before anyone goes back on. October Fridays and Saturdays fill up with fall festivals, trunk-or-treats and church events, so it helps to book as soon as the school approves your date. Once the $50 deposit goes through, your equipment is held for that day.

This page started as our school field day page, and we still set up for field days every spring. Our records show a Forsyth elementary school every May from 2021 to 2026, and a Warner Robins elementary school every May from 2022 to 2026.
For a school field day, start by splitting students into grade groups. Give each group a set time at each station, leave a few minutes between stations for moving, and hand your PTO team and volunteers a printed schedule. Obstacle courses, quick games and wet or dry water slides all work well, and the same plan works for an end-of-year celebration.

Ask the school or district for its insurance requirement in writing, including the exact name and wording it wants, and share it with us before you book. Every school's requirements are a little different, so instead of promising one standard certificate, we confirm the paperwork for your event.
