What kind of festival are you bringing together?
01 / CHURCHES
A welcome that feels like fall.
For harvest celebrations and trunk-or-treat, give younger guests a clear play area and older guests a game of their own. Keep activity entrances away from vehicle routes, food queues, and candy lines.
Make the carnival easier to coordinate with age groups, activity stations, assigned volunteers, and transition time. Share a station list with teachers and confirm each attraction's rider limits.
For neighborhood and community gatherings, offer a mix of play and friendly competition. Plan for visitors arriving throughout the event, spectators, clear walkways, and a named event contact.
Sample combinations at base daily rates, not discounted packages or confirmed reservations. Delivery, applicable sales tax, attendants, generators, and other extras are separate. Guest capacity and supervision must be confirmed for each selected unit.

The festival behind the fun
Plan the little things. Enjoy the big day.
A memorable festival needs more than an equipment list. These are the details to settle with your committee and Wow.
01
Plan for the busiest moment.
Separate total attendance from the number of people who will want to play at once. Tell Wow the expected age mix, peak crowd, and event length. Discuss age-appropriate attractions and rider limits before deciding how many stations to rent.
Mark the actual usable area and delivery route. Account for the complete inflatable, anchors, blowers, entry, exit, supervision, and waiting space. Keep food service, parking, and emergency access clear.
List the available outlets and circuits, then match them to the final blower requirements with Wow. Share the distances and venue restrictions. Ask about generator needs before placing attractions on your layout.
Assign the venue contact, equipment supervisors, queue helpers, and weather decision lead. Walk through the manufacturer's operating rules and the event plan. Equipment rental does not automatically include attendants.
05
Make room for different guests.
Plan age-appropriate play, accessible circulation, places for spectators, and a quieter alternative for guests who do not want to bounce. Share mobility and sensory needs with your venue team and ask Wow about the suitability of each activity.
06
Confirm the last practical details.
Settle delivery access, event and pickup times, the full address and county, venue documents, and whether hand trucks are required. Keep hay bales and decorative displays clear of the approved equipment setup.
Choose a weather lead and agree on the shutdown, shelter, and communication plan before the festival opens. Confirm cancellation or rescheduling terms in your rental agreement.
Stop outdoor activities when thunder is heard and move to a substantial building or other suitable shelter. NWS guidance calls for at least 30 minutes after the last thunder before outdoor activities resume. A tent is not lightning shelter.

What should I rent for a fall festival in Georgia?+
Start with one attraction suited to your younger guests, then add an obstacle course or quick-play game if your space and supervision plan support it. A Pumpkin Bounce creates a seasonal focal point; basketball and target games add another activity. Choose the equipment around guest ages, the site, and your actual date.
How much do fall festival inflatable rentals cost?+
Wow's Castle Bounce starts at $140 and the Pumpkin Bounce is $165 at base daily rates. A Pumpkin Bounce plus Basketball Shoot totals $240 in equipment. The planner uses current listed catalog prices; delivery, applicable tax, attendants, generators, and other extras are separate. Your final reservation confirms availability and the full total.
Can we create our own fall festival rental package?+
Yes. Choose individual rentals in the planner to build a lineup and see the equipment subtotal. The examples on this page are combinations of individual catalog prices, not discounted package offers. You can print the station list for your committee and adjust it before booking.
How many inflatables do we need for 100, 200, or 500 guests?+
A guest count alone cannot determine the right number. Tell Wow how many guests are expected to participate at the busiest time, their ages, how long the event lasts, and whether activities use open lines or scheduled groups. Each selected unit's rider limits, cycle time, layout, and supervision determine the plan. A total-attendance-to-inflatables ratio can be misleading.
Is a dry slide better than a water slide for a fall festival?+
Dry attractions avoid the need for a water supply and wet clothing, which can simplify a cooler-weather festival. A water attraction may still fit a warm day if the exact unit, site, water supply, weather, and guest plan are approved. Do not assume that a water slide can run dry; ask about the selected model's permitted operating mode.
Are pumpkins, hay bales, and decorations in the photos included?+
The autumn-styled photos are inspiration images. Seasonal scenery and decorations are not included unless specifically listed in your reservation. Confirm the exact equipment, colors, features, and approved operating setup with Wow. Keep decorations outside the equipment's required clearances, anchors, blower area, and entrance and exit paths.
Churches, schools & communities
Can you help with a church fall festival or trunk-or-treat?+
Yes. Build a church festival lineup with age-appropriate attractions and games. For trunk-or-treat, plan a pedestrian activity area separate from moving vehicles and candy lines. Give Wow your church address, event schedule, setup surface, power details, and venue-document requirements before reserving.
What works for a school carnival or PTO fall festival?+
Organize activities by grade or age group, assign responsible adults, and plan time for students to move between stations. An obstacle activity plus skill games can provide different ways to participate. For a scheduled event, see our school fall festival page and confirm equipment-specific rider limits separately.
Basketball and target-style games can add friendly competition for older guests. Adult suitability for any ride-on inflatable must be confirmed for that exact unit. Do not use a photo, overall unit size, or a mixed-age guest count as permission for adult riders.
Do you deliver to parks, church lawns, and school campuses?+
Wow serves eligible event addresses within about 60 miles of Forsyth, Georgia. Your venue still needs an approved setup area, delivery access, power and anchoring arrangements, and any required permissions. Provide the full address and county so the team can confirm location eligibility and delivery details.
How much space does a fall festival inflatable need?+
Measure the full usable setup area, overhead clearance, and the delivery route. The inflatable's footprint is only part of the plan: allow the exact required space for anchors, blowers, entrances, exits, supervision, and waiting guests. Share gate width, slopes, steps, and surface details. Ask whether hand trucks are required for delivery.
Do we need a generator or special electrical setup?+
Start with the final equipment list and its blower requirements. Share outlet locations, available circuits, distance to the setup area, and the venue's rules with Wow. Multiple attractions may need separate circuits or an approved generator plan. Generator rental and fuel arrangements must be confirmed; the equipment subtotal does not include them.
The planner prices equipment only. Confirm any paid attendants or event staffing separately. Assign responsible supervision and line management for every operating attraction, and review the selected equipment's instructions with Wow before guests participate. Do not assume that one volunteer can supervise several attractions at once.
Can our venue request a certificate of insurance?+
Contact Wow with the venue's exact certificate-holder name, any additional-insured wording it requires, the event date and address, submission method, and deadline. Review the written requirement early so the team can confirm what can be provided before your event.
What happens if rain, wind, or lightning affects our festival?+
Agree on a weather decision contact, a shelter plan, and the rental agreement's rescheduling terms before the event. Follow the exact unit's wind limits and operating instructions. If thunder is heard, stop outdoor activities and move to suitable shelter; National Weather Service guidance calls for at least 30 minutes after the last thunder before resuming outdoor activity. Weather clearance alone does not confirm equipment is ready to reopen.
Start once your date and venue are settled, especially when you want a particular seasonal unit or several attractions together. Availability depends on the actual event date. Online reservations require at least 24 hours' notice; that minimum is not a promise that a preferred unit will still be available.
How do the deposit and remaining balance work?+
A successful $50 deposit confirms equipment available for the selected date. The remaining equipment balance is due at delivery. Enter your actual event date, address, county, and required details in the booking flow, then review availability and the complete charges before paying. Building or printing a plan does not reserve equipment.
Can we have an evening festival or a next-day pickup?+
Share both your event start time and requested pickup time with Wow. Churches, schools, and community venues need an agreed delivery and pickup schedule. For private-home rentals, events cannot begin before 9 a.m. and Wow does not pick up after dark; an event ending after dark may require next-day pickup. Confirm overnight arrangements and any additional charges before reserving.
Can I use this page for VBS or another church family event?+
Yes. Change the festival style in the planner and select activities for your audience. Classic bounce houses, suitable slides, obstacle attractions, and skill games can fit an event outside the fall season. Choose your real date and confirm the selected equipment for your guests and venue.
Keep these five things in your plan
Your fall festival essentials.
Start with your actual date. A photo or saved plan does not hold equipment.
Match activities to your guests. Confirm ages, rider limits, and supervision for each unit.
Budget for the complete event. Equipment prices are separate from delivery, applicable tax, and extras.
Confirm the whole setup. Space, power, access, anchoring, documents, and weather all need a plan.
Reserve available equipment with $50. The remaining equipment balance is due at delivery.
Planning information updated . Business details come from Wow's company information; listed equipment prices come from the booking catalog. Public safety sources support the guidance above. The selected unit's instructions, venue requirements, and rental agreement govern the final event plan.
