Choose a site that can support the complete activity
Plan room for the tank, target, throw line, participant entry and exit, operator area, spectators, and a delivery route. Keep the attraction away from traffic, electrical hazards, unrelated activity lines, and surfaces the venue does not approve for water use.
Confirm the water plan before delivery
Ask the property or venue whether water use is allowed, where the approved source is, whether the hose reaches, and how water may be handled after the event. Do not assume a park, school, church, or managed venue provides water or drainage permission.
Use the current operating instructions
