Equipment, payment & confirmation
When the selected equipment is available, the reservation is confirmed immediately after successful payment of the $50 reservation deposit. The deposit is applied to the order total. A failed, reversed, or unverified payment does not confirm or hold equipment.
The remaining balance is due at delivery before setup begins. Additional equipment, extended time, approved site changes, or other customer-requested changes may change the total only when documented. Historical recovered payment fields above are displayed without modification.
Rescheduling, dispatch & unsafe conditions
The $50 reservation deposit is nonrefundable. If the customer cancels before Wow Inflatables has loaded the equipment, dispatched a crew, or begun travel, the deposit may be transferred once to an available replacement date occurring within one year of the original event date. A transferred reservation remains subject to availability, current pricing, and any changed delivery charges.
Once equipment is loaded, a crew is dispatched, travel begins, equipment is delivered, or setup begins—whichever occurs first—the full contract price is due. No refund or credit is promised for reduced attendance, illness, customer delay, or a customer decision not to use safely delivered equipment.
Wow Inflatables may delay, stop, relocate, substitute comparable equipment with customer approval, or cancel performance when weather, wind, flooding, access, utilities, the setup surface, or another condition is unsafe or violates manufacturer instructions. If Wow Inflatables cancels before loading or dispatch because it cannot safely perform, the customer may choose a refund of amounts paid or a transfer to an available date within one year. This remedy does not apply when the unsafe condition was created, concealed, or not timely disclosed by the customer.
