How much should I budget?
Bounce-house totals depend on unit, date, and delivery address. Read current cost guidance at /bounce-house-rental-cost, then confirm the live total in checkout at https://www.wowinflatables.biz/book. A $50 deposit reserves available equipment when the date clears; balance is due at delivery.
Use 24 hours as the minimum—not the planning target
Wow's online booking flow requires at least 24 hours' notice. That rule answers whether an online reservation can be started; it does not guarantee that a particular bounce house, combo, water slide, or multi-unit lineup will remain available that close to the event.
Availability belongs to the actual date and equipment. Another company's two-week or four-week recommendation is not a Wow availability promise. Enter the real event date, compare the items that can still be selected, and let secure checkout perform the final recheck before the deposit.
Compare current choices in the Wow rental catalog before using the date-specific booking page.
Get the five booking decisions firm first
Booking early is useful only when the reservation describes the real event. Settle the event date and guest time, complete address and Georgia county, responsible venue contact, usable setup area and delivery route, and the type of activity that fits the guests.
Also identify the surface, anchoring restrictions, nearby power, water when needed, overhead obstacles, and any pickup-time limits. A reservation built on a guessed address or an unapproved site can create a harder problem than waiting long enough to collect the correct details.
- Event date, guest time, and setup access window
- Complete address, county, and venue contact
- Usable length, width, height, surface, and delivery route
- Guest ages, expected activity style, and supervision plan
- Power, water, anchoring, permit, and document requirements
Measure the site with the space and access guide and prepare the crew route with the delivery checklist.
Let the venue deadline set the schedule for organized events
A backyard birthday may have one decision-maker and a familiar property. A school, church, company, HOA, park, or community event can involve facility approval, purchasing, insurance documents, permits, access windows, utility rules, and several people signing off on the plan.
Ask the venue for its written requirements and submission deadlines before choosing a last day to reserve. Start the equipment conversation while those details are being gathered, but do not claim that a park, school, church, or company has approved the rental until the responsible venue contact confirms it.
Use the permit guide and insurance-certificate checklist for managed venues.
What customers say
Alisa Prussia (Google · Wow Inflatables of Macon · inflatables)
“Super easy to order online. Tons of fun inflatables to pick from. Guys showed up on time, set up everything quickly. Will definitely use again.”
Ashley McKeough (Google · Wow Inflatables Party Rentals · Bomb Pop inflatable · 8th birthday)
“Wow Inflatables delivered! We ordered the red, white and blue Bomb Pop inflatable for my daughter's 8th birthday party. They dropped it off the night before, it was clean and incredibly fun, and the kids had the best time.”
If the event is close, build from what the date can support
Start with the actual date instead of planning around one favorite photo. Equipment that is fully booked or blocked for that date is disabled. Compare the available activity types, then confirm that the site, guests, utilities, and venue rules still fit the alternative.
Do not substitute a taller slide, longer obstacle course, wet attraction, or different combo without rechecking space, access, surface, power, water, landing areas, and supervision. Last-minute flexibility is useful only when the replacement works at the real site.
Use the bounce house versus water slide guide or compare open play with an obstacle course before changing the activity style.
Know when the reservation is actually confirmed
A shortlist, printed plan, phone conversation, or partially completed checkout does not by itself confirm equipment. Secure checkout rechecks the selected date and items. A successful $50 deposit confirms equipment that remains available, and the remaining equipment balance is due at delivery.
After booking, keep the venue contact, access route, setup area, utilities, supervision, and weather decision plan current. If the address, equipment, schedule, or site changes, contact Wow rather than assuming the original setup still applies.
Review the current cancellation and rescheduling summary and use the delivery-day checklist after reserving.
See what happens if it rains after you book.
Continue with the party-planning hub, check permit questions, and prepare any venue wording with the insurance-certificate checklist.
