Before delivery day: confirm the reservation details
Recheck the event date, complete address, Georgia county, guest start time, requested pickup time, equipment list, and the phone number for the person meeting the crew. The selected date controls availability, and the event address affects delivery details and applicable county sales tax.
A successful $50 deposit confirms equipment that remains available. The remaining equipment balance is due at delivery. Review the current agreement for your reservation rather than relying on an older message or a general website summary.
- Event date, guest start time, and agreed delivery and pickup schedule
- Exact address, county, gate or building entrance, and unloading instructions
- On-site contact name and a working phone number
- Final equipment list and approved wet or dry plan
- Venue documents, access windows, and any special instructions
Still deciding when to reserve? Use the booking timeline guide. If the site itself is uncertain, return to the space and access guide and the surface and anchoring guide before the crew arrives.
Prepare the setup area and the route to it
Clear the usable setup area and every part of the path from the unloading point. Move vehicles, toys, furniture, hoses, decorations, branches, rocks, and other obstacles. Remove pet waste and keep pets away from the crew, rolled equipment, cords, blowers, and open gates.
Tell Wow about the narrowest gate or doorway, steps, curbs, tight turns, hills, soft ground, long carries, locked bollards, or areas where a hand truck is required. Mark or explain sprinkler heads, septic areas, irrigation, underground utilities, and any part of the property where stakes or equipment may not go.
- Unlocked access and a clear unloading route
- Measured usable area and overhead clearance
- Known underground or surface hazards identified
- Approved outlet available for the exact blower plan
- Working water source and enough hose for a water attraction
A water attraction also needs the water, power, hose, and drainage checklist.
When the crew arrives: show the real site, not only the planned spot
Have the site contact meet the crew and point out the intended location, access route, power, water when needed, underground concerns, and venue restrictions. The crew still needs to review the actual conditions and selected equipment before the setup can go ahead.
A photo or measurement helps with planning but does not make an unsuitable location acceptable. Weather, saturated ground, a blocked path, a different surface, overhead hazards, or a venue rule can require another approved location or a change to the event plan.
Complete the setup handoff before guests enter
Keep guests away while the equipment is being positioned, inflated, secured, connected, and checked. Before use, review the current operating instructions, rider limits, permitted age or size groups, responsible supervision, entrance and exit, blower and cord route, weather plan, and the steps to take if conditions change.
Do not move the inflatable, anchors, blower, cords, generator, hose, or safety components after setup. Do not add household weights, tie the unit to a vehicle, or change an anchoring method. Contact Wow if anything shifts, disconnects, becomes wet where it should not, or no longer matches the handoff condition.
Assign the adults, sight lines, queue, and relief plan with the active-supervision checklist.
Schools, churches, parks, and managed venues need a site contact
The responsible venue contact should be able to open gates or buildings, identify the approved setup area, confirm the unloading route, provide access to approved utilities, and answer questions about anchoring, insurance documents, emergency access, and event timing.
A room, field, pavilion, or event reservation does not automatically approve an inflatable. Venue permission and equipment suitability are separate checks, and both need to work for the final plan.
Public park events should also complete the park permission and site-access checklist. Multi-unit events can map access, lines, exits, utilities, and supervision with the event-layout guide.
Plan pickup before the party starts
Keep the delivery route and equipment area accessible for pickup. Do not deflate, disconnect, move, fold, or pack the inflatable unless Wow gives specific instructions for the installed unit and situation.
Private-home events cannot begin before 9:00 a.m. Wow does not schedule private-home pickup after dark, so a later-ending home event may need next-day pickup. Schools and churches can have different scheduling arrangements; confirm the actual event and pickup times before reserving. If a next-day arrangement applies, follow the current agreement for overnight access, security, power, and any additional charge.
Use the same delivery checklist with local plans for Macon, Forsyth, and Warner Robins, and compare the current bounce-house cost guide before checkout.
Delivery and setup planning sources
This checklist combines current Wow booking and scheduling policies with general commercial-inflatable setup guidance. The selected unit's instructions, actual site, weather, venue rules, and current rental agreement control the final setup and pickup plan.
