Ask the park about the activity before choosing equipment
Tell the responsible park office that you want an outside inflatable rental, and identify whether it is a bounce house, slide, obstacle course, or water attraction. Ask which activities are allowed, where they may be installed, and what approval must be completed before delivery.
Get the event area and restrictions in writing. A pavilion booking, a prior party at the same park, or permission to hold an event does not answer every vendor and equipment question. Confirm the current rules for your date and assigned location.
Use the Wow service-area guide to choose a nearby planning page, then confirm delivery from the exact park address.
Macon example: Amerson River Park has a specific permit rule
Amerson River Park's published rules require a Special Event Permit for outside rentals such as bounce houses. Its rules also restrict motor vehicles on grass and trails. That makes both permission and the delivery route questions to resolve with the park before equipment is reserved for that site.
This is an Amerson example, not a rule for every Georgia park. Tattnall Square Park, Central City Park, and other venues may have different procedures or assigned areas. Ask the office responsible for the exact location and recheck the current published rules.
Read the official Amerson River Park rules and the Macon rental planning guide before building that event plan.
Prepare the venue documents early
Ask for the park's written vendor requirements, legal entity details, submission method, and deadline. If it requests a certificate of insurance or other documents, share the exact request with Wow so the event-specific requirements can be reviewed.
Keep park approval and equipment availability as separate checkpoints. A rental reservation does not issue a park permit, and a permit does not reserve an inflatable. Finalize both before announcing a particular attraction.
Use the certificate-of-insurance request guide to gather the venue details without guessing at required wording.

Walk through access, anchoring, and utilities
Confirm gate opening times, unloading permission, the distance from parking, the route to the setup area, and the collection window. Ask about locked bollards, narrow paths, steps, slopes, and restrictions on driving over grass. Share photos or a location plan when they help explain the route.
Identify the surface and the anchoring methods the park allows. The inflatable must also support an approved setup for that surface. If park restrictions and the unit's requirements cannot both be met, the location or equipment choice must change.
Check usable power, generator permission, and water access when needed. A visible outlet or spigot is not enough; ask whether it is working, available to your event, and within the approved setup plan. Water attractions also need a permitted runoff and cleanup arrangement.
Prepare the surface and anchoring details and power questions; for water play, use the water-slide setup checklist.
Plan guest flow, supervision, and shelter
Keep the rider queue, exit, and return path clear of shared trails, roads, other park users, and emergency access. Confirm the guest group and supervising adults for each attraction instead of treating the whole park as one open play area.
Choose the weather decision contact and a suitable shelter plan before guests arrive. Do not assume a pavilion is suitable lightning shelter. Follow the current weather guidance and company operating decision, and know how the group will reach appropriate shelter promptly.
